Installation instructions are included as well as all necessary hardware. Solid brass with protective coating. Beveled glass.

Got a few years of use out of other one until protective coating gave up. It also has a built in 6,000 volt surge protector. It takes a regular medium base bulb and is rated to 60 watts . height , width 5/1 2, depth 6.

Front of house gets sun from sun up until very late in the afternoon. Bought 2 of them several years ago and installed 1 on front of house to match brass accents on my front door. If you were to install this on a porch or shady area you should get many years of use from it. New, unused.

Never got around to replacing back door so never used this one.
